Taking Down America: From Panic to Revolution to Dictatorship (Part 1)

Part I. The Globalist Strategy: A Seven Step Plan from Plandemic to Totalitarianism

If you have been confused or perplexed or ever asked, “what does this mean”— how in just six months, we have had the greatest explosion of global fear and panic in world history — here is how it is happening. It’s not spontaneous or an incredible act of nature. It is a well-planned, brilliant, highly orchestrated, extremely evil strategy to move the whole world toward people-control and dictatorship. This strategy creates a stampede of global fear and panic, wherein the people will do anything and give up any freedom if the government(s) “will protect and save them.”

This strategy has been constructed by some of the world’s richest, most powerful (and evil) globalists (including Bill Gates), and has been several years in the making. Rosemary Frei (a microbiologist and journalist from Toronto has written about this strategy). There are seven steps from pandemic declaration to permanent totalitarianism — and many jurisdictions are about to start Step 5. As if it was planned in advance, billions of people worldwide are being forced step by step into a radically different way of life, one that involves far less personal, physical, and financial freedom. Here is the strategy unfolding right before our eyes:

Step One

A new virus starts to spread around the world. It was manmade in the Wuhan China Biological Warfare Laboratory with the help and funding of powerful global organizations like WHO,

NIH, and influential globalist groups and individuals. The World Health Organization (WHO) declares a pandemic. International agencies, public health officials, politicians, media, and other prominent voices fan fear by focusing almost exclusively on the contagiousness of the virus and the rising number of “cases,” and characterizing the virus as extremely dangerous. Within a few days, national and local governments also declare states of emergency — all across the world. At lightning speed, they impose lockdown measures that confine most people to their homes — starting with closing schools — and shut down much of the global economy. World markets implode.

The stunned, fearful, and gullible public — convinced over the previous few years that their bodies do not have the natural ability to react to pathogens by producing antibodies that confer long-lasting immunity (i.e., strong immune systems) — largely complies willingly. The first weekly virtual class on local emergency and crisis responses to Covid-19 is held for mayors, other city officials, and national officials around the world. They are all being programmed from the same cleverly constructed script or narrative. Coordinated by a handful of American organizations in the academic, medical, financial, political, and transportation spheres, the classes feature Guest lecturers ranging from Barack Obama to Bill Gates. [Re-read these last two sentences.]

Step Two

National, state (or provincial) and local leaders, as well as public health officials, start daily press briefings. They use them to pump out frightening statistics and modeling, asserting the virus has the potential to kill many millions. Most of this information is hard to decipher and sheds little real light on the natural course of the virus’s spread through each geographic area. Officials and media downplay or distort inconveniently low death tolls from the virus and instead focus on alarming statistics produced by compliant academics, social-media influencers, and high-profile organizations.

The actual death rate of those who really get sick from Covid-19 is .05%, and almost no one under 45 gets sick and dies from Covid-19. For 45 to 70, it’s .05-.3%. But the main message is that “this is a war and many lives are at stake unless virtually everybody stays at home.” Mainstream media amplifies the storyline (script) that the world is at the mercy of the virus. The goal is to keep the global fear/panic pot boiling.

Simultaneously, central banks and governments hand out massive amounts of cash, primarily to benefit the big banks and mega-corporations, and temporarily give benefits to newly unemployed workers. And they bring in giant private-sector financial firms to manage the process despite these global companies’ abysmal track record in the 2008-2009 crash. Governments also rapidly start to create multi-trillion-dollar programs that include compensating big businesses and workers for their shutdown-related losses. All of this is very well scripted!

Step Three

There is a concerted effort by all levels of government and public health to very rapidly ramp up testing for Covid-19, along with the production of personal protective equipment. They push aside the need for regulation, including quality standards and independent verification of tests’ rates for accuracy, insisting that fast approval and roll-out are imperative for saving lives. ”Experts” release models that predict snowballing numbers of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths even under best-case scenarios. At about the same time, public health officials significantly loosen the criteria for (definition of) viral infections, outbreaks, and deaths, particularly in the oldest members of society. That increases the number of cases and deaths attributed to the new pathogen.

Most deaths labeled as Covid-19 are not. This writer had an 80-year-old friend who died recently. He had had five strokes and was suffering from pneumonia. But when he passed. the hospital labeled the death as Covid-19 and got paid $17,000 by the government. Recently a young man died in a motorcycle accident — the hospital reported it as a Covid-19 death. This is happening all across America and in other countries as well. Recent statistics show that 94.5% of the supposed Covid deaths were suffering from. on average, 2.4 other life-threatening illnesses. [Re-read that last statement.]

The media continue to clamor for more testing (even though the CDC has quietly admitted that 50% of the tests give false positives) and for severe punishment of people who aren’t completely compliant with the lockdown measures. And the more they test, the more positives (which they claim to be really sick “cases”) they report, and the controlled media then headlines those “results” to trigger more fear and justify more lockdowns. As a result, there’s little backlash as police and military with sweeping new powers enforce these measures and give stiff penalties or even jail terms to those who disobey orders. What they don’t tell you is that over 90% of those positives never get sick. And that people with common colds can test positive, or that dogs, cats, chipmunks, and other animals, or trees and plants can test positive. [Re-read the last two sentences!]

States also monitor with impunity massive numbers of people’s movements via their cellphones. Vast human resources are focused on tracking down people who have had contact with a virus-positive individual and confining them to their homes. But in reality, the portion of the public exposed to the virus remains relatively small. All of this also contributes to social isolation. Among many effects, this enables those in control to further erase individual and collective choices, voices, and power. All of this is very well scripted!

Step Four

When the numbers of cases and deaths start to plateau and decline, local officials claim it’s too early to tell whether the virus has finished passing through their population. Therefore, restrictive measures must continue.

[Ed Note: The week of July 4, only 522 infected people died nationwide, and the following week of July 11, the Covid-19 death toll for the entire nation was down to 181 — down from a weekly mortality peak of 16,897 the week of April 18. The government and media conveniently coverup that sharp decline in deaths. Why won’t Donald Trump talk about it?]

An alternative narrative is that if such measures aren’t kept in place, there will be a resurgence of cases and deaths. Yet another is that the continuing climb in elderly persons’ deaths means all bets are off for the time being. They admit that initial models incorrectly predicted there would be a tsunami of cases, ICU admissions, and deaths, but counter by taking credit for the more optimistic numbers “because of their lockdowns, social distancing and masking protocols”— without which they say it would have been much worse. However, they assert more time is needed before they can determine whether it’s safe to loosen some of the restrictions and let children return to school or adults go back to work.

Officials do not try to calculate (they ignore) the skyrocketing cost of the lockdowns to their people and economies. They actually don’t care — they are still getting their own paychecks. They and their controlled media organizations also push for the massive virus-testing over-capacity to be used to surveil the general population for viral RNA in their bodies. At the same time, the roll-out begins of widespread blood testing for antibodies to the virus. Meanwhile, they publish new data showing the virus has a high capacity to mutate. Scientists and officials interpret this as meaning a more extensive medical arsenal will be needed to combat it. All of this is very well scripted!

Step Five

A couple of weeks later, the dramatic increase in testing for viral RNA produces the desired goal of a significant upsurge in the number of people found positive. (Remember, ”positive” does not, in most cases, mean “sick.” 90% of positives never get sick. Many common colds test positive.) Public health officials add jet fuel to the “surge” by adding to their case and death tallies the large number of people who are only “suspected” (and not lab-test-confirmed) to have had an infection. Politicians and public health officials tell the populace this means they cannot return to their jobs or other activities outside the home for the time being.

Governments work with public health agencies, academics, industry, the WHO, and other organizations to design and implement immunity-passport systems for using the results of the widespread antibody testing to determine who can be released from the lockdowns. This is one of many goals of the seven steps. Meanwhile, government leaders continue to highlight the importance of vaccines for beating the virus. All of this is very well scripted!

Step Six

Large-scale human testing of many different types of antivirals and vaccines begins, thanks to a concerted push from the WHO, Bill Gates and his collaborators, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, governments, and universities. Most of the population doesn’t have the antibodies to the virus because of the lockdown — so they will eagerly accept these medications even though they’ve been rushed to market with inadequate safety testing. They believe these medical products offer the only hope for escaping the virus’s clutches, but to the contrary, many more people will die or be maimed by the vaccines than ever got sick from the virus.

In short, hundreds of millions of people (or billions) will be stampeded by media/government driven fear to take vaccines that are likely to ultimately kill, cripple, or maim vast numbers of recipients — or modify their genes for sterilization or increase vulnerability to future viruses that will be released. Remember the 700,000 young girls and women who were sterilized by the WHO tetanus vaccinations in Kenya only a few years ago. WHO intentionally inserted a sterilization drug into the vaccine — which was later proven by a series of laboratory tests. This was just one of many of WHO and Big Pharma’s population control experiments (including AIDs in the ’70s). Some of these experiments have been/are being funded by Bill Gates. Many have been conducted in Africa — proving to those with eyes to see that “Black lives don’t matter” to the globalists.

All of this is very well scripted!

Step Seven

Soon, the new virus starts another cycle around the globe (Wave 2, 3, or 4) — just as influenza and other viruses have every year for millennia. Officials and the controlled media again fan the flames of fear by repeatedly warning of the potential for millions of deaths among people not yet protected from the virus. They are already hyping a fall outbreak — conveniently right before the election. They rapidly roll out virus and antibody testing again, while companies sell billions more doses of antivirals and booster vaccines. Bill Gates and his Big Pharma collaborators are already declaring that multiple doses of the vaccines will be necessary (indeed. required or mandated) to give people adequate lasting protection. Any effective treatments (like hydroxychloroquine), which many doctors have very effectively treated Covid patients with — with a 100% cure rate — are ridiculed. blacklisted. banned. and censored off of the Internet.

The key players are repeating the cycle of hysteria and massive administration of antivirals and booster shots every few months. And they will implement a variation of Steps 1 to 7 when another new (manmade) pathogen is released on the planet. Sounds far-fetched? Unfortunately, it’s not. With the arrival of Covid-19, many countries quickly completed Steps 1, 2, and 3. Step 4 is well underway in a large number of jurisdictions. Step 5 was on track to start in early May.

[Ed Note: It was recently revealed that WHO has hired a large Establishment PR firm (Corbett, Hill, and Knowlton Strategies) to sell their Covid-19 disinformation campaign to the US and global public. This firm was hired by the tobacco industry, and for over 50 years, has pushed the party line that cigarettes are not harmful or addictive. In the 1990s, the Establishment hired them to sell (propagandize) the public on the need for America to invade Iraq. Remember, everything is cleverly scripted!]

Conclusion

Governments will yield more and more control and influence to the massive global corporations — especially the Big Pharma companies. Remember, that IG Farben (the huge German pharmaceutical company) was the financial power behind the Nazi Third Reich. Yes, the intentional crashing of local, national, and global economies was all a significant part of the Seven-Step Plan — to make billions of people around the world dependent on and subservient to their local, state (or provincial), and national governments. And it was/is the biggest socialist power grab (on a national and global basis) taken as a whole, in world history. This Plan is a perfect formula for dictatorship in individual countries and all around the world — starting with America. The ultimate goal of the Seven-Step Plan is socialist people control over billions of people. Without the enormous fear generated by the Covid-19 crisis — a fear actually diabolically manufactured by the governments (led by America} and their controlled media — people all over the world would never have otherwise willingly given up so much of their freedoms. And history shows that when governments receive such power, they seldom willingly give it back.

The two primary goals of the Seven-Step Plan are: (1) Global population reduction (i.e., as in 80-90%), which cannot be achieved by wars or rampant abortion alone, but by a series of manufactured lethal viruses and poisoned vaccines. And (2) Establishment of a one-world global government, which will be facilitated by the bringing down of the United States in a communist revolution — now under way — and another major global war, which is presently approaching very rapidly (think China). These are the globalists’ ultimate goals as they implement their Seven Step Plan. and at present. they are succeeding very well — with little to no real opposition. So, the next time you ask yourself (regarding this unprecedented global panic and lockdown) — “what does this mean?”— This is what it means and where we are headed if there is no Great Awakening and pushback in America (and around the world) starting now!

For the Skeptics Reading this Article

Hundreds of doctors around the world have treated thousands of patients who were actually sick with the virus, with hydroxychloroquine, and had a 100% cure rate with those patients. It is a very inexpensive drug that, for decades, has been used for treating malaria. But its use is being viciously denounced and blocked now in the US and many countries, as the WHO, CDC, NIH, Fauci, Bill Gates, and the Big Pharma giants make sure no countries can get it and use it. The media and Internet ridicule its use and legitimate doctors testifying to its effectiveness are censored from the Internet and social media. The cartel insist that our only hope is in their vaccines, wherein they want to enforce mandatory, repetitive/ multiple doses and from which they will make hundreds of billions in profits. Hydroxychloroquine could blow a hole in their Seven-Step Plan and must be — indeed, is, being thoroughly squelched.
